Summer Arts Camps
Grades 6th - 12th
Altered Painting: Using Acrylics
Through an exploration of color theory and design fundamentals, campers will develop skills in the use of acrylic paints. At the culmination of this one-week camp, young artists will apply those skills in creating an altered painting to be displayed at an open art display curated by the campers themselves.

The Art of Improv
This 1-week long camp will engage students in foundational performing arts skills through the practice of improvisational theatre. Campers will participate in improv games, scenes and narratives to help them develop confidence and critical thinking skills. Additionally, this fun and challenging camp will focus on team building in a safe and collaborative environment with the ultimate goal of building strong friendships and nurturing a deeper love of theatre.

Creative Writing: Short Stories
This 1-week long creative writing camp will engage students in the planning and writing of their own short story. This session is designed to provide imaginative young writers with an unforgettable opportunity to develop their stories in a supportive, inclusive environment. Inspiration will come from exploring the surrounding natural environments and reading works of well-known authors.
